End User License Agreement
DRAWBALL EULA
Last updated: August 31, 2026. This agreement covers your use of DRAWBALL on Apple platforms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DRAWBALL, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
DRAWBALL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to this agreement and the App Store terms.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
DRAWBALL may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account settings. Subscription access remains subject to successful payment and applicable App Store rules.
4. Offline Play and Local Saves
DRAWBALL is designed for offline-first play. Franchise progress, custom plays, settings, roster state, and related game data may be stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing device storage, or changing devices may remove local progress unless Apple platform features preserve it.
5. Game Center
Optional Game Center features may include achievements, leaderboards, or player identity surfaces provided by Apple. Use of Game Center is governed by Apple account settings and applicable Apple terms.
6. Rules of Use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit DRAWBALL except as permitted by law or this agreement. You may not use the app to infringe rights, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
7. Fictional Content
DRAWBALL is a fictional cartoon football game. It does not use licensed NFL teams, league marks, player likenesses, or professional football affiliation. Any similarity to real teams, players, or events is unintended.
8. Ownership
DRAWBALL, including its software, visual style, fictional teams, characters, text, graphics, audio, and related content, is owned by DRAWBALL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
DRAWBALL privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy at https://drawball.xxmnewman9xx.workers.dev/privacy. The app does not require a DRAWBALL account to play.
10. No Warranty
DRAWBALL is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRAWBALL and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
12. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. After termination, you must stop using DRAWBALL and delete any copies in your possession.
13. Changes
This agreement may be updated to reflect product, platform, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of DRAWBALL after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
